Back in Aus

I'm back.

Facing the new year with a new spirit.

Its day 2, and I'm feeling the strain - old memories don't disappear so easily.

I need the strength to go on this year...

Shu,
Congrats on accepting the forgiveness of God through His son Jesus. It is the most important decision anyone can make. Also thanks for taking the time to let me know some of your personal struggle in coming to acceptance of God's gift of forgiveness and new life in serving God because of faith in Jesus the Christ.
In answer to your questions, I am one who has been changed by God because I too have accepted his forgiveness and asked Him to be Lord of my life. I asked God when I clicked on next blog to bring me to the one that He knew that there was a need and to give me words that would work His purpose. Many are offended by truth but all need to know the Truth. I remember reading your post and my spirit was moved as I saw your national pride and hurt because of hard times being caused by those that walked in darkness not knowing the one who is Light and wants all people to love one another as He loves us. No one gets to choose the nation of their birth but all get personal choice in whether they want to be reborn as a child of God to become a citizen of Heaven. This can happen because God allowed His son Jesus to die to pay the price for our sins. John 3:15-20 tells us how much God loves us and that all must personally choose to accept Him because those who do not are already condemned. So to sum it up religion pits one nation or race against another but God through Christ Jesus makes us all one family in Him. Satan has attempted over time to put the clothing of sheep(Christians) over wolves(those who pretend to be christians) in order to deceive people and keep them from the Love and forgiveness of God. The Bible clearly tells us what a real Christian is like and how they will conduct their lives. Real followers of Christ are willing to live for God no matter the cost and to die for others so that they may come to know Him. Study your Bible each day and ask God to direct your life that you will be a light to show others the way to God.
Thanks again for letting me know, over past few weeks I have become tired and pushed for time, so much so that yesterday I was giving serious thought to saving time by stopping blogging activity. Then today I saw your message and God reminded me that people are too important and need to reach out through all means possible. I will need to give up something else. May God Bless you and use you to love people into His Kingdom.
